God Dictatorship is a plague. What made President Jammeh laugh out loud? Amadou Samba, a quintessential Gambian (busuwa-elite) ‘Bourgeoisie’ explaining to Jammeh how he was beaten by thugs and rascals all over his soft body. A Gambian Magistrate was lied to by police prosecutors, alleging that, Mr Amadou Samba was beaten by Sedia Bayo in Banjul and surroundings.
The Banjul magistrate should know, the case is bread and butter legal drama. He should Throw the case out and stamp his feet, stating that, it is outside his jurisdiction to preside. This incident happen in the Senegalese capital Dakar. If Banjul is not part of Dakar, certainly, Dakar cannot be part of Banjul and surroundings. The magistrate will end up looking like the buffoon. He should tell the police to issue their arrest warrants, whatever use that will make, since Mr Sedia Bayo will not land in the Gambia so long as Jammeh remains the president. The only thing the sham court proceedings achieve is by boasting the profile of Sedia Bayo and Amadou Janneh.
